University Park Voice Mail & Single Digit Menu (NUMS Based)
For those users who have not converted to the VoIP based voice services, the current "Octel" based voicemail and Single Digit Menu (SDM) services will be discontinued as of July 31, 2009 and will be replaced with Verizon’s National Unified Messaging Service (NUMS). NUMS is a network based voice messaging service, providing access and management of voicemail and other options via the telephone and through the use of Visual Voicemail.
