Penn State Corporate(UP Only)/
ExecuBill (non-UP Locations) Calling Card

The University no longer recommends the use of the Corporateor ExecuBill Calling Card, due to it's higher rates. As an alternative, the Penn State Travel Calling Card and International Prepaid Calling Cards allow global access at the most affordable rates.

The exception is international calling on restricted budgets such as those with federal or federal flow-through monies that require call detailed reporting. (See FN21). All other users should cancel their Corporate Calling Card.

Traveling Internationally on a Restricted Budget

Penn State Corporate Calling Cards are issued to Penn State faculty and staff for dialing internationally, when the department is using a restricted budget. The card features a Penn State logo, making it easily identifiable as an institutional card, and is assigned a 10-digit number and a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Requesting or Canceling a Card

All requests for services should be submitted on a Telecommunications Service Requisition (TSR) Form. The college or department must complete the TSR by obtaining proper authorizing signature(s). For more information or to cancel service, please contact TNS via the Service Inquiry Form or by calling (814) 865-2370.
