Centrex Based Legacy Voice
For those users who have not converted to the VoIP based voice services, legacy Centrex voice services are still supported at the University Park Campus. Customers should note that Merlin and Meridian devices which may be used in support of the legacy Centrex voice services are no longer supported or maintained by TNS. Delivery of this type of voice service should be limited to simple touch-tone phones and fax machines.

Centrex Features & Functions
Telephone feature changes such as changing a line to allow/disallow long distance calling, adding international calling, adding the call forwarding feature on a busy signal or a "don't answer", or activating call answering features for voice mail, can be added to, or removed from, University Park Faculty and Staff telephones for a nominal one-time fee of $2 per change.
