Voice over IP Automated Call Distribution (ACD)

The ACD service at University Park Campus works in concert with the Cisco VoIP service to automatically deliver telephone calls to call center agents. ACD provides advanced call handling for offices that perform call center functions such as in-bound call routing and the queuing of calls as well as tracking and reporting on call center statistics.
