Faculty and administrative numbers begin with 863, 865 or 867. 867 numbers outside of Penn State's 5-digit dial plan must be dialed as 8-867-####. For OFF-CAMPUS CALLING to 867 numbers, refer to LOCAL CALLING instructions.
