TNS Services
LAN Services
Description:
For Penn State colleges, departments or units that do not wish to design, install, maintain, and modify their own Local Area Networks (LANs), TNS provides a complete LAN design and maintenance service. TNS will create LAN designs only for customers interested in TNS LAN installation and maintenance, TNS will (1) modify only those LANs it maintains, (2) maintain only those LANs it installs, and (3) install only those LANs it designs. For LANs maintained by TNS, all modifications must be performed by TNS in order for the LAN to continue to qualify for TNS maintenance. Refer to Design Service Overview and LAN Overview for more information.
