Cable Locate
Description
TNS will locate underground communications cables at University Park. This service is provided to avoid accidental cable cuts from campus excavation projects.
This service is only available at University Park and requires information on the excavation project, scope of work, and facility maps. This service is only available to Office of Physical Plant.
Service Inquiry
This service is initiated by calling the Network Operations Center (814) 865-4662 [5-4NOC].

Service Charges and Lead Times:
There is no charge for this service if used prior to excavation. If the request for service comes after a communications cable is cut, one-time charges will apply.
