TNS Services

Requesting TNS services

The installation of new equipment or services, or requests for changes to existing equipment or services requires the submittal of a Telecommunications Service Requisition (TSR) form. This form is also used to give approval to continue direct billing for recurring charges until service is removed or discontinued. For non-recurring charges, such as installation, this form is used to give approval to complete the work specified. Depending on the type of services requested, lead times range upward from two weeks, to more than twelve weeks for more complex services.
