The monthly Telecommunications and Networking Services (TNS) billing statement combines Service (recurring charges), Equipment (one-time charges), and Usage (one-time charges) on a single statement. Each statement provides a brief summary of recurring and one-time charges followed by detailed Service, Equipment, and Usage information. In addition, previous monthly billing statements remain available for viewing and/or export.

On-line Billing Statements
Monthly billing statements from TNS are available on-line. The statements are stored and remain available via the eDDS (electronic Document Distribution System) maintained by Administrative Information Services (AIS). On-line billing allows for faster distribution and access to your monthly billing statements.
To access ITS/TNS On-Line Billing Statements please contact your AIS Access and Security Representative (ASR). Your ASR will first receive approval from your Financial Officer, and then forward the request with FO approval to the Report Steward (eDDS Access). Upon approval, the Report Steward will forward the request to the AIS Security Office.
How do I know when On-line Billing Statements are available?
The monthly statements are posted to the eDDS server within 24 hours of the completed billing cycle. Refer to the "Billing Cycle" section for monthly processing information. If you would like to be notified via e-mail when the latest statement has been posted to the eDDS server, please subscribe to our notification page.
