Videoconferencing User Services
Description:
TNS provides videoconference supports services such as the Videoconference over IP gatekeeper service, room system maintenance and installation services, and a Video Bridge service. TNS provides scheduling, technical coordination, and technical assistance for the use of the video bridge. This service is available to Penn State clients only and requires an available videoconferencing room and equipment. Refer to the following resources for additional information.

Service Inquiry:
Academic and administrative units wishing to use the Videoconferencing service should submit their questions to Videoconferencing User Service Inquiry Form or (814) 865-2536.
To reserve the Penn State Video Bridge, contact TNS Video Reservations Center at (814) 863-8906 or submit your reservation at Video Bridge Reservation or Email. The Center is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
